I had a wonderful experience overall at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional customer service and beautiful waterfront views from our room. Although the pool area was fantastic, our room's mattress left something to be desired. The location was nice, but it wasn't directly on the beach, requiring a bit of a walk to get there. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
